RevPAR by Listing Size

Revenue per available room night, or RevPAR, is a traditional hotel industry metric, and shows how much money was made per night that was available to sell, even if a room didn't sell. It's calculated by taking the total revenue for all rooms for the period, and dividing by the number of nights ( booked or unbooked ) that were available.
